It’s called SOStain Sicily, and soon it will become a brand certifying the sustainable path and green choices of Sicilian wine.
Principe di Corleone has joined the SOStain project for the sustainable development of its estate and winery. SOStain is the result of a true unity of purpose among 22 companies and the combined action of the Consortium protecting the D.O.C. Sicilia and Assovini Sicilia. It represents a new way of approaching viticulture on the island, emphasizing respect for the environment, the growth of quality, and economic sustainability.
An important moment of reflection and analysis for the Sicilian wine sector, which has been committed for years to promoting sustainable development that can enhance, increase, and preserve the island’s natural and oenological heritage.
