IGP (geschützte geographische Angabe) Sizilien
Grecanico: Introduced in Sicily from Greece, it is one of the most ancient Sicilian native vines. Today this vine occupies most of the island's vineyard area, with a greater concentration in the area of Trapani and Marsala.
The berries are moderately large, round in shape with thick gold-colored skins.
Vinified in purity they give rise to a doratom yellow wine with a bouquet of grape, pineapple, peach and white flowers. On the palate it is fresh, balanced mineral and sapid.
