Method: macerazione in fermentino di acciaio inox.
Temperature: 24-26°C.
Duration:  15 days.
Malolactic: Yes.
Bottle-ageing: 4-6 months.

TASTING NOTES
Purplish-red with ruby-red edges.
Complex and persistent aroma, redolent of currants and spices.
The palate is warm, dry and well-rounded, with great body and personality.
 
ACCOMPANIMENT
Serve at 16-18°C. with flavorsome dishes based on red meats and game, and with cheeses.
