Sparkling Wine V.S.Q.
Denomination: Quality Sparkling Wine (V.S.Q.).
Aromatic, slightly savory. SanLoè encompasses all the warmth of Sicily through a mouthful of vivacity and pleasantness that tells the story of the territory and the biodiversity of iconic and places such as Corleone. A Classic Method Brut dosage from 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes vinified in white, harvested manuality and crates during the last ten days of August. After pressing and subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature the wine rests on the lees for at least 24 months. The perlage, fine and persistent, enhances marked hints of exotic fruit well balanced fruit with a nuance of toasted bread crust.
ENO-SENSORY ANALYSIS
Color: Bright yellow color
Aroma: Fresh, with an aromatic variegation that leaves room for hints of exotic fruit (lychee), yellow peach and citrus fruits that combine perfectly with the floral notes of jasmine and bread crust.
Taste: The palate is creamy and the lime contrasts well with a slightly bitter hint of almond, providing a light taste. The perlage is fine and persistent.
HOW TO TASTE
Pairings: Excellent with prawn tempura and courgette flowers.
Recommended glass: Half flute.
Serving temperature: 6/8°C.

ENOLOGICAL DATA
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
White vinification: The harvested grapes are vinified white and at low temperatures for at least 15 days. The refermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenois Method and the yeasts for the second fermentation are added about 4 months after end of fermentation. The disgorgement is carried out 30 months after the harvest with the addition of the liqueur d'expedition.
Refinement: in the bottle for a period of 6 months.
Longevity: 6 months to 2 years.

A Classic Method Brut dosage from pure Nerello Mascalese grapes vinified in white, harvested by hand and in boxes during the last ten days of August. Once pressing and subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature are complete, the wine rests on the yeasts for at least 24 months. The perlage, fine and persistent, enhances marked hints of exotic fruit well balanced with the toasted nuance of bread crust.
