Extra Dry Sparkling Wine
Charmat method: The Martinotti method (or Charmat) is a process suitable for producing sparkling wine, through the refermentation in a large closed container called an autoclave. This is the method used to create our superior category Extra Dry Spumante.
Obtained from the rigorous selection of fine white berried grapes, it is characterized by its fine perlage and the fruity and fresh notes typical of the original vines.
ENO-SENSORY ANALYSIS
Color: Light straw yellow.
Aroma: Floral, elegant and fruity.
Taste: Harmonious and soft, fresh and inviting.
HOW TO TASTE IT
Pairings: Accompanies all types of appetizers, first courses in general, white meats and fish.
Also excellent between meals.
Recommended glass: Ballon Tulipano.
Serving temperature: 8°C.
